Chasing Carrots Coaching and Consulting

My Coachings
Depending on where you are at the moment, the scope and number of coaching sessions may vary. I therefore deliberately leave this open, as I want you as the coachee to have the opportunity to delve as deeply into your issues as you are currently ready to do.
The package options give you a rough idea of how you can start to work on professional and personal issues, but they can be customised and are designed in close consultation between us. The coaching sessions are conducted online.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at any time!

1 on 1 Coaching

You feel exhausted and burnt out, have the feeling of not being seen or heard, of being stuck and not knowing what to do next.
You may be frustrated with yourself or others, or you may be confronted with unresolved conflicts that are draining your energy.
Let's find answers to the following questions together:
What do I want to achieve?
What do I expect from myself?
What is preventing me from achieving my goals?
What needs to change so that I can live the life I want?
What can I change so that I am happier and more successful?
What ideas, beliefs and values do I represent and what do I want to represent?
We will work on developing our own personality, dealing with our inner critic and letting go of negative beliefs.
This will give us more clarity for the next steps without wasting our energy chasing carrots.

Leadership Coaching

You are new to your leadership role or have the feeling that "there is still more to do". As a leader, a great deal of responsibility rests on our shoulders and we often lose our own centre and stability in the attempt to meet all the demands. That's why we focus our leadership coaching on patterns and methods that help you to understand yourself and others better and thus to lead with foresight.
How can I lead myself?
What are my strengths?
What situations put me under pressure?
What work patterns do I have
Am I an action, cognition or relationship type of person and what does this mean for my leadership role?

Career Planning

Which job suits me? Do I want to take on management responsibility or not? Am I ready to take the next step?
When it comes to career planning, it is always a good idea to take a look at your current situation first. We are often driven to change "something" very quickly if it doesn't suit us at the moment, without knowing what this "something" actually is. This results in frustration, excessive demands and resignation because we don't see a clear path ahead of us and know where we don't want to go, but the question "what do I actually want" cannot be answered clearly.
Together we develop a clear picture of the away-from motivators, but also the towards options. Free of carrots that may show up, but on closer inspection do not take us any further.
Once we have a clear picture of where we want to go, we take care of the next concrete steps towards realisation. Including interview preparation and CV check! You are ready for your dream job!
